Why can’t I see the service in the app?
The service is offered to Asteroom users who have connected the app with the rotator or with a 360 camera, and have created at least a 3D tour with the app.
What is included in the 2D photo enhancement service?
Lawn repair and upgrade, alternative outdoor sky, color tune, adjust brightness and contrast, remove dust stains, sharpen the image, and vertical and horizontal straightening.
Can I change photos after submitting?
Unfortunately, you can't change photos after submitting them in the app. Please contact the support team for any changes at support@asteroom.com for further assistance.
Do you offer a day to dusk photo?
No, we do not currently offer this capability.
Where can I receive my enhanced 2d stills?
We will email you a download link after your enhancement is completed. The image files will be available to download for 30 days. After 30 days, the photos will be deleted from Asteroom cloud storage.
